Hello, I have a an LG Motion 4g and it has turned off on me and I have 3 batteries for it but even though they are charged, the phone won't turn on when I put them in it. I even tried leaving it to charge but no matter what it will not turn on. I bought a new phone, the Nokis Lumia 521 but I don't have any of my contacts. In order to get my contacts, I need to turn on the LG since I do not have an SD card. Can someone PLEASE help??

Regarding your contacts, since the LG Motion is an Android phone, all you would need to do is login to your Gmail or Google account anywhere (either on the new phone, a desktop computer, etc.) and your contacts will be there. The contacts are stored in the cloud (on the Internet) and not on the SD Card.

That ^ actually depends on where your contacts were saved. If you keep your contacts synced to your work account for example, they will not show up till you re-synch with your server as they are not on your Google account.
