What Ram is the best :
1- clock 2133 latency 11 4GB *2
2- clock 1866 latency 9 4GB *2

CPU : intel i7 4770k Heswell
MB : ASUS Z87 PRO

another question what if I chose ram kit that is not listed in MB support ram list but another one similar and from the same brand listed ?

Just get the 1866 at lower latency, it's all the same in real world: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWgzA2C61z4

Try to stick with 1.5V, and you can use any RAM kit you want, the stuff they put in the mobo manual is just stuff they might have tested or might have agreed with said companies to include. Bottom line, at the right specs, any RAM will work just fine. I've never consulted mobo memory lists and never had a problem.

The 1866/9 will be slightly better performance wise due to the CL11 on the 2133 set, if it was CL10 or better yet CL9 the 2133 set would be a better choice

From 1866/9 slightly better at each step going up is 2133/10 2400/11 so if you can get those they would be better or better yet 2133/9 or 2400/10
