Seagate in one dell won't work in another dell.

Ok i've got a dell computer with a seagate hard drive and when I try to put the hard drive in my other dell it won't work. the hard drive from the other dell will work on my first dell though.

What are the specs on both Dell's (model numbers at least).
Define "won't work". Does the system detect it? Are you trying to use it as a boot drive? Is the drive recognized in the bios? What operating system(s) are you using on each Dell?
