Is it safe to buy used motherboards from Amazon?

I was planning to buy a MSI B75MA-P45 Motherboard but couldn't find any places online but Amazon but the thing is all of the seller are selling used ones. I understand that they have good feedback and rep but I'm still wondering if it's safe or not. I would love to hear about any other motherboards similar to MSI B75MA-P45. Thanks for reading.

Nice information, i recommend the second seller from Dereck47's recomendations because of their ratings better
wali electric has been great with shipping and a lot of their customer gave them positive comment for their service

Good info from Dereck47. First seller : Wali has very best rating (5 stars 98% positif from 1,469 users) and when you click to wali link it looks profesional, so I think the first seller is very recommended.
