I have an old DELL GX620 with a Pentium 4 HT , 3.2 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, 500 GB Hard Drive.
Im looking to upgrade. Is it worth upgrading this Machine or should I just go buy a new machine?

that sounds like a pretty good deal to me. with your present setup you are limited by having a single core cpu.the more you run the slower it gets.you will be pleasantly surprised at the difference.you will probably want to upgrade graphics down the road but for present i wouldnt think twice about it. Al

Thanks Run. I mainly search the web and read stuff, watch videos and listen to music on YouTube while talking on Facebook all at the same time. Any suggestions on Processor?

@ Aldan, what would be a good set up for what I use a computer for? What processor and what not? I don't play any games. Just have Youtube playing videos while I read email and talk on Facebook. It runs VERY SLOW when I have all 3 going at the same time.
Do I need a machine with Intel Core i3?

Would I be doing myself any good by spending $219 on this? : Gateway DX4370-UR21 Desktop PC - AMD Quad-Core A6-3620 2.2GHz 6GB 500GB WIN 8 , Manufacturer refurbished.
