So i have a dell laptop with 4gb of RAM,Intel HD graphics 4000 and 1696 mb of available graphics memory but i get only 64 mb of dedicated video memory. People asked me to increase it's size using the BIOS SETUP but in my bios, i can't find the option as they said. So i wanted to know if theres another way to increase this or another way to make the option available in the Bios

Laptop BIOS will not allow you to do that, so unless there is a software way to do it, you can't. Anyway, isn't dynamic memory usage based on needs?

You are on a laptop so as @PandaBear270 has said, chances are that you do not have a setting in BIOS for specifying the memory to allocate for Intel HD Graphics. This doesn't mean that you can't get a little bit more performance out of your Intel HD Graphics though. Check out the following articles to see what you can do in this regard:

doesnt really matter, it doesnt actually have any "dedicated" video memory, it uses system memory still. it just sets aside a 64mb portion of system memory as "dedicated memory". it is also dynamic and will increase that 64mb depending on its needs.
