How To know if My cpu will bottleneck or not ?

hey guys

will cpu bottleneck happen only if my cpu usage is like more than 95% ? if not then how to know if will bottleneck or not

because i have a gtx 770 sli and core i7 950 @ 3.9 Ghz and i'm worried that my cpu will bottleneck

AND IF you think my cpu will bottleneck , how does it work ? i mean can i notice it in games ?

So you've got two 770s?
If so then I would guess that it'd bottleneck it as that processor came out it 2009 and those cards are brand new and high end.
You won't get sudden lag from a bottle neck, it'll just limit your graphics cards as your cpu isn't as good. Basically a bottleneck is the worst preforming part of your system. You should still be able to run any game on ultra and everything.
Also, ever system has a bottleneck, just that yours will probably be quite large as those gpus are powerful.

What are you using your system for?
If it's gaming then the games won't use the full power of your system as they don't require all the power you have available.
To be honest you shouldn't need to worry about it if it's for gaming as you're never going to reach that bottleneck.

Check your GPU usage and your CPU usage while gaming.

If your GPU usage is relatively low compared to your CPU and you're not limited by VSYNC, then you will be able to tell if it's a bottleneck.

update :
i used msi afterburn and my GPU's usage was like 90 ! ( max : 98)
and my average cpu usage was 70-80 ( max : 85 )
so i guess there is no way my cpu bottleneck right ?

( i played metro last light )

Your cpu is the bottle neck, as it's reaching nearly 100% where as your got isn't.
Although as the other guy said, there's no need to worry about it, as you won't use that much anytime soon.
