Hi, I really hope someone can help me with this. Recently I was using my 1tb segate goflex external hard drive, it was working fine one minute then my daughter came and knock the external off the table and so it got disconnect from the cord. I plug it back in and it now doesn't show up on "my computer". I've search for an answer to solve this problem for two days now, many thread I've read said to rename the drive with a new letter or uninstall and reinstall the driver, I've try both attempt and still no luck.
When I view it in disk management, it doesn't show the name of the external but it does have disk 0, disk 1, and disk 2 (which is the one I believe my external is assign) I'm not 100% positive because as i look at the amount of space, it not saying 1tb, it showing me 3g or something. I really really need someone to help me recover this without losing all my data on there.
