Blank screen after Bios Updgrade

MB : Tyan S7025

Win7 pro 64
4 HD in RAID 1+0 (HD 0+2) (HD1+3)
Intel storage Rapid
After a succesfull Bios upgrade (to be able to plug 2 GTX 780), I got a blank screen after the setup screen (bios setup screen)
CMOS have been clear by moving the Jumper on the MB after the bios update.
Raid have been setup in the Bios after BIOS updgrade.
The Bios upgdrade must not have any impact on windows, so it's probably something to do with the BIOS.
Any idea are welcome.

Failsafe Defaults and Optimal defaults did not solve the problem because both put IDE back on the BIOS, and my HDs are in RAID 10.
Thanks anyway.

after a lot of trial, going back to BIOS 1.07B solve partially the issu.
Partially because the BIOS was (I guess can't be sure) suppose to solve the compatibility problem witht he GTX 780.

I'm very dissapointed by Tyan, this is a profesional MB and I didn't get any feedback from the support.
Any cheap MB can run a GTX 780 but not mine.

I will open another thread to try to fix it without the BIOS upgrade (if possible)
