"Drivers not found" Windows 7 Installation.

Hello. When I try installing Windows 7 with a USB. It doesn't work. It says something like "Drivers not found". I can't continue the installation. Also I'm on a laptop. I can't insert a disc.

Try another USB port, it's probably you put your stick into USB 3.0 and win 7 can't find drivers during boot.
USB 3.0 is blue and 2.0 is black if you look inside.

But all my usb ports are black/2.0.
