Is this rig good four running the latest games?

I want to build a new pc. I live in new Delhi so a local shop is preferable. My budget is 40k including everything i.e. monitor, gpu, processor, motherboard, OS, psu and case.
I will buy this in February 2014.

Do you want a monitor?
Yes18-20"

Main purpose ( from highest to lowest)
Gaming, Internet Surging, Movie watching, Android app developing, c++, some Photoshop

My Proposed Config

1. Intel i5 4570 ~ 14k
2. Gigabyte GA P85 D3M mobo ~ 7k
3. DELL IN930 18.5" LED HD MONITOR~6k
4. Transcend 4GB DDR3 RAM (1333MHZ) * 2 ~ 5k
5. Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD ~4.8k
6. CORSAIR V5450 450W PSU ~ 2.3k
7. GPU need suggestions
8. Case need suggestions

Your PSU is very weak you are gonna need to get 550 watts minimum in case you need to upgrade in the future. For a case I recommend you get a Define R4, it is expensive but is an amazing case. For you GPU i recommend a gtx 660 or 760. AMD also has some really good cards on the market right now like the r9 270 and the r9 280x. I have no idea how expensive those are right now, but everything will be more expensive than in the US. When I was living in Bangalore I had to get a hard drive replaced and the cost of a 500 gb hard drive was about the price of 2 tb in the US.
