FX 6300 Extremely low temps

Hi everyone.
I built a pc with FX 6300.Im using the stock cooler and 3 case fans.The weird thing is that HWMonitor is showing that my cpu is running at 10-18 degrees while typing this.Is this a miracle or HWMonitor is going crazy?

Its not a miracle, its just that AMD cpus give strange readings at lowish temps. Fully load it with Prime95 and see what the temps are.
