While im playing games for example league of legends often my pc makes a strange noise (similar to the one in the system startup ) accompany with this comes an in game lag (no fps dropping) that makes me unable to respond in the game for example the mouse doesnt work properly and also keyboard isnt responding too...What is the meaning of this issue?
