Help With Budget Gaming Build Needed

Hey everyone! It's my first time positing on here, though I've been lurking about for some time now reading all that I can when it comes to DIY systems.

Anyways, I'm building a gaming rig this holiday, hopefully using some great Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals and I'm looking for some input. Here are my criteria:

  • ■ MUST be under $900 CAD, including tax and shipping. I know this is a tough goal to reach, especially considering the nonsensical manner in which hardware in Canada is priced (R7 260X costs $40 more than GTX 650 Ti Boost in WHAT UNIVERSE?), but I'm a full time student so money is very tight.
    ■ Must be capable of 30 FPS (1080p) minimum in games like (modded) Skyrim, Hawken, Planetside 2, and Guild Wars 2. They are what I predominantly play now, but I'd also like to see how much performance I can squeeze for the newer games this year, and some titles coming soon *cough*StarCitizen*cough*.
    ■ Overclocking would be nice, but is not necessary unless it is needed to meet the performance goals listed above.

This is the build I have done up on MemoryExpress so far but I'm wondering if it's the best value for my buck, whether or not I can make some changes or source some parts from other etailers, or if I should scrap it entirely. I'd really appreciate any input that you all can offer me!

With Newegg and ncix I can beat memoryexpress by about $15-25 on average, but that's not accounting for the latter's awesome replacement plan, which covers shipping both ways if you get a lemon. I know that failure rates are low enough that I probably don't need to worry about that, but I've had very bad luck with laptops and components crapping the bed in the past, so it's something I'm rather paranoid about haha

Well he can always grab the SSD later on and just go with the Seagate harddrive. Good build.
