Graphics Card upgrade? Help Please

Hi I am thinking about upgrading my graphics card. My current setup is:
I7 930 cpu
12 gig ram
Radeon HD 5870 1GB

I am running 3 monitors in eyefinity and want to play newer games at reasonable frame rates. Just want to know what are my options. Thanks for any help.

Hi i was in the same situation,i just got a and 7990 6gb,which is good for running 3 monitors because its 6gb,but the problem is u may need to upgrade ur cpu like i am because its old
