I asked for recommendations on a new PC build. I receiver two suggestions. Tell me which is better or do I want to combine each of its parts. Thanks in advance. The suggestions are given below:

Eh... I would look toward the second build, but with a few changes. Thoughts on the build below? Note the lower latency memory, larger SSD, and Platinum PSU. ...add a second 290x later if desired.
