i need a micro atx motherboard for amd fx 8320

is this alright Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
or any alternative

i dont want to update to be able to use my chip so a motherboard that will work out of the box with the fx 8320

and do i need a video card if i wont be playing games

No u don't want that motherboard, or any motherboard with the 760 chipset. You want something like an Asus M5A97 r 2.0. You'll have to spend probly at minimum 80 on your mobo. The fx 8320 draws quite a bit if power so you want newer board with tthe 970 Chipset. No you won't need a graphics card UNLESS you see no vga input in the pictures (some boards don't have on board video as they assume you'll use a video card anyways. ) the board you picked is not a good choice but it does have on board video.

And if you won't game why do need am 8320?...I guess what are u planning to do w this comp
