Replacement heatsink fan

Hello im planing on buying a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Noctua NH-C12P SE14 for my a10 6800k
i want to reach 4.8 ghz
my problem is that everything on my pc is blue and i have a side panel so the interior is visible
and the noctua fan will seem really bad so i need some recommendations for a replacement

that fan is fine, but honestly you'll lose a bit on cooling performance

generally no one beats Noctua in terms of fan engineering if you compare them at the same rpm. to get similar performance to a Noctua fan, you'll need either a bigger or faster spinning fan, or even both. Anyway, a lot of people have complained about Noctua's choice of poop brown color, but they're sticking to it. it's a sign of their pride as Aussies I guess, and if you gotta change it you gotta change it. just know that it will be inferior to the Noctua fan

For a CPU cooler you will want to get a fan with PWM. This will allow the Motherboard to control the speed of the fan and not just have it on full blast. The PWM fans besides being labeled PWM they have the 4 wire system. The fan you have chosen is a 3 wire system. 3 wire systems have a positive, a negative, and a RPM read.

how much is a bit? i know you cant say for sure but what it will be? 2-3 Celsius or more?
