I cant decide what power supply i want to get for this build. I have all the parts minus the GPU and PSU

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/29EOb

Reading about everything and some people seem to think you need at least 750 for a 280x while others say a 500w will run systems like mine.

Originally i was planning on crossfire, but i really do not game enough and will probably be a long time before i leave the 1080p monitor club. So should i still go with 750? or is there a happy medium where i can save some cash and know that as long as i dont add an additional GPU i will be fine?

And if i do not want crossfire? what would i want my minimum wattage to be? Information seems rather wierd on this aspect. Wattage calculators say i only need 450ish, but i know the 280x is about 250W under load so i want to get above minimum, while not being overkill.

650watts sir.

I like the PSU, and i have spent alot of time researching, but a couple sites give it negative reviews, even a FAIL on HardOCP. but its reviews on newegg are mostly good, this is one of those times i should just bite the bullet and spend 150 or so on a seasonic i think.

You know, after doing more research i find the Corsair Link (almost useless to me) the difference in ax760 and ax760i.

I think im gonna go for the ax760 or 860. probably 860 that way i can crossfire if i need to.

Thank you for all your assistance.

Looks like the asus 280x was available at newegg for a few minutes today, i snagged one at 319.99 (not the best) but it came with BF4 which they were not at first. so i did well i think.

My AX860 is scheduled to deliver tomorrow too, i love when i finally pull the trigger for PC upgrades. I usually end up waiting months and months before i make up my mind.

Finally got the 280x in a couple weeks ago. With the AX860 my system is running perfect now. Thank you again for all the assistance in here.

Thankfully the pricing is stupid on them so i wont be too tempted to stick a second 280x in there :)
