Help with screen flash error

Hi you guys, ICT expert,
I have built a PC with specs as below :
Chip Haswell i5-4430
Ram 4*2 Corsair bus 1600MHz
Main gigabyte H87M-D3H
HDD 1TB
Power FSP 650W
Runs Win 7 64 bits

I encounter an flashing screen error with my PC, It suddenly happens when I am using PC, It make PC freeze and the only one way to get back is restart the PC. This error happens sometime, so it is very difficult for me to know what's going wrong with my PC. I hope the you can help me with this error. P/s : I make sure that my LCD monitor and cable fine 100%. So it must be problem with something else.

Could you tell me more clearly, and what is IGT?, I do not have a graphic card, I just use card onboard and as I know, it could be intel HD graphic technology intergrated inside the chip. And please instruct me how to increase my video memory in BIOS as you said ! Thank you very much .
 
Hello... IGT=CPU video... go into your BIO's screen at power up, before windows starts by clicking your 'DEL" key... Look for IGT and increase the MEMORY allowed for it... Save your settings and reboot. LOOK in the Motherboard manual for further detailed instructions.
