Could be a number of things. You need to get the information for what is causing it. It could be a bad or corrupt driver, bad memory, incorrect motherboard settings, hard drive, ect ect.

Those BSODs actually mean something. If you turn of auto restart you can read the error message and then tell us what it is so we can help you.
