Can my mother board/pc handle these 2 new upgrades?

Can my pc use these new upgrades, EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card and Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 550W ATX PSU?

I dont want recommand's for better I just want to know if my pc can handle it, might get a tech person to hook up for me.

I'm useing this exact pc added no new upgrades to it at all, i want to add them two.

Yes,you can upgrade your PC with no problem.

Okay thanks wanna make sure before I did anything, would you recommend me asking a more tech person to put it all in for me or you think my medium tech skills could do okay alone?

Im not from US. Search some tutorials on youtube. Its not complicated.
