Can my mother board/pc handle these 2 new upgrades?

Can my pc use these new upgrades, EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card and Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 550W ATX PSU?

I dont want recommand's for better I just want to know if my pc can handle it, might get a tech person to hook up for me.

I'm useing this exact pc http://www.walmart.com/ip/CyberpowerPC-Black-Gamer-Ultra-GUA250-Desktop-PC-with-AMD-Quad-Core-FX-4300-Processor-8GB-Memory-1TB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-7-Home-Premium-Monitor/17811825 added no new upgrades to it at all, i want to add them two.

Okay thanks wanna make sure before I did anything, would you recommend me asking a more tech person to put it all in for me or you think my medium tech skills could do okay alone?
