My computer stops sending a signal to my monitor, won't wake up, it does it randomly.

Okay so about 2 months ago I built myself a new gaming computer. I built it and made sure that it was all built properly and that I could get into the BIOS at least. I had not installed my Operating System yet. The about a month later I bought the newly released Windows 8.1. That night when I got home I went straight to start the install. I turned it on, went into the BIOS and set it to boot from the CD-ROM first. I then put the CD in and exited the BIOS. It then restarted and went into the install setup. About 1/3 of the way in, all of the sudden my monitor goes black and then went to sleep. Confused, I move the mouse and tap the keys on the keyboard. Nothing happened, so I turned it off and did it again. It did it over and over again just a different spots in the install. So I gave up that night, turned it off, turned off the switch on the power supply and went to bed. The next morning I got up and tried again. This time it finished the install and while I was just idling on the desktop it did it again. I didn't know what was wrong. So I waited a bit and turned it back on an d started installing the drivers. I updated my graphics and monitor drivers. Then I inserted the CD that came with the motherboard that installed chip set drivers and other programs needed. It lasted for about 15 minutes and it turned off my monitor again. At this point I was extremely frustrated. I waited some more and went into the control panel and made sure every driver was up to date. They all were except my graphics card driver so I updated it again. After that it seemed to work, so I thought. It ran for about an hour and a half before it happening again. So I thought maybe it is something I didn't quite plug in properly. So I took my computer apart and made sure everything was where it should be, along with doing some cable management and rearranging one of my fans to increase air flow through the case. I turned it back on and it when the desktop came up it gave me 2 errors. One saying "Failed to run Service" but didn't tell me which service had failed. Then It gave me the error, "The instruction at 0x10016bf3 referenced memory at 0x10016bf3. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program." It ran for around 3 hours before it then shut the monitor off again. The CPU fan would make a loud buzzing noise as soon as the monitor went off as if it was going into overdrive. I had to manually shut it off. So I took the case off and put my memory in a different memory slot. This time it didn't give me the 0x10016bf3 message. I noticed that if I turned it off after it shutting the monitor off and then immediately turning it back on it would only last a few minutes. But if I waited till the afternoon the next day it would last for about 2 and a half to 3 hours. I wondered if it was overheating but was confused since my case has 7 fans in it. Could it be power supply instability? My motherboard says it only needs 500W but my power supply does 535W. My graphics card is built into my CPU, making it and APU. I haven't overclocked. I have plenty of RAM as well. Windows 8.1 needs 2G,I have 4G.I was idling on the Desktop and it would do it. I've taken out the battery on the motherboard and waited for about 5 minutes and put it back in and ity would do it still. I seriously am out of solutions. I have been everywhere on the internet trying to find a way to fix this issue but it seems as if no one has this exact problem. I would greatly appreciate if someone could please help me fix this problem. Here are my computer specifications.

CPU- AMD A8 5600K Quad Core Processor 3.9 GHz Max Turbo, 3.6 GHz Base
Motherboard- Gigabyte F2A85X-D3H Ultra Durable Motherboard Socket FM2
Memory- 1 x G.Skill Ripjaws Gaming Series DDR3-1333 4G 1.5V
PSU- Raidmax Thunder V2 535W 80 Plus Bronze

Solution
Other is the HDD, because you solved the RAM problem and the temp is good. If you have other PSU, that is the best way to try.

Everything is installed properly. If it wasnt the power supply what else could it of been? Oh and by the way, my CPU never gets over 50 degrees Celsius and my system temp is always at around 30-35 degrees Celsius
