Though I'm unsure what GPU to get?

Trying to keep this build as low as possible (low budget).

Thanks again! Let me know if there are any good deals for Black Friday / Cyber Monday I should be getting for this build.

NOTE - Dumb question. But this will have ethernet cord in the back of the Mobo right? lol
Also, what's a quiet case? Don't want this too loud

Here it is : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/29L9o

So i added a ASRock 970 Extreme3 v2.0 Mobo which is an ATX mobo with 970 chipset (recommended by AMD for Fx 6xxx series)..
Replaced the GTX 660 with HD 7870 which is cheaper and better than the 660.. Plus it will give you a boost as the processor is of AMD as well..
The Case is more of a personal choice.. I recommended the Cooler Master K280 because i have been using it since last 6 months and its awesome...
Lastly, the corsair 500w PSU is more that you PC will require.. It will leave some headroom for future upgradations but if you plan for doing a SLI or crossfire in future switch to a 700w PSU !!

Here's what I would do:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($149.99 @ TigerDirect)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($104.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($142.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($58.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed ATX Mid Tower Case ($62.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: Antec HCG M 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer ($16.98 @ OutletPC)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 - OEM (64-bit) ($98.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $823.87

Upgraded the processor and motherboard.
Cheaper ram at the same performance.
Dropped the SSD. At this budget, you're better off using the money onto the core components.
A 7870 can play most games at high-max, just in case you want to play games.
Upgraded the case to the next level. Also has a window.
Great sale on a high quality psu. Grab this now because the sale ends today. This will be better than any black friday deals you can find.

If you feel that the 7870 is too much for you because you won't play games at all, then you can go for the cheaper 7770: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-hd7770dc1gd5v2
And then add the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO to overclock: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2
