intel xeon 1230v3 & crossfire

hello , I'm going to get the xeon 1230v3 because it cost as much as an i5 4670k an delivers better performance (also in hyperthreaded games).
My question was what mainboard(*mobo) will do fine to go crossfire with my 2 hd 7850's 2gigs.??

You could go as low as about $80 with a decent H87 board, but if you actually plan to do crossfire I would just go ahead and get a Z87 board about $110-120 for the quality. No reason to pay more since you can't overclock the CPU. Also for about $20 more you can get the 1245v3 that has a base clock of 3.4Ghz rather then 3.3Ghz, if you plan to run it at max turbo mode all the time you will need a CPU cooler.

Thanks , overlclock won't be needed , just wondering what mobo would be compatible with this Xeon 1230 V3 ,(btw the 1230 V3 has better benchmark than the 1245v3 , not noticeable as a matter of fact )
maybe i'll look later for a CPU cooler, still wondering why does this processor need a other cooler it runs a quite low freq & low watts?!
