Ideally I would like Asus HD 7770 2GB AMD Radeon Graphics Card in my system for gaming but I am unsure if my power supply will be enough?

My specs are:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX3 VGA+SND+GLN HT5200 SATA2 DDR3 Motherboard
CPU: AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core
RAM: 4GB Corsair vengeance
DVD-RW: LiteOn IHAS124-04 24x SATA Half Height Internal DVDRW Drive - Black
D-DRIVE: 250gb WD 7200RPM
PSU: CX 500w Corsair

If HD 7770 2GB will not work, any budget graphic card suggestions?

In before why not get a larger psu. I wasnt planning on doing any overclocking on the CPU or GPU just yet. Will more than likely get a larger psu in the future if needed.

To be clear, you require the following:

1) x16 PCIe slot
2) PSU with 1x6-pin connector

You have BOTH so you're fine.

You should also have 64-bit Windows not 32-bit or you'll memory issues.

Other:
There are some HD7850 2GB cards on sale for a similar price to the HD7770 2GB:

a) MSI R7850 TF 2G ($100 after $30 rebate): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127663

b) Asus HD7850 DC2 2GB ($110 after $40 rebate): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121651

I really dislike rebates but that's where the deals are.

*Your PSU has 2x6-pin connectors and will power your system and an HD7850 card just fine.
