Seasonic M12II 620W (Bronze).

Will it be enough for my setup? Modular cables too, would help a lot without me cluttering the mATX case.

Asus Z87 Gryphon, Intel i5 4670k, Gigabyte R9 280X 3GB WF OC + lots of case fans, H2O cooling (H100 push/pull for CPU) in the future and CPU/GPU overclock.

Not planning on doing dual GPU's since, I'm not gaming on a huge TV/Monitor/Multi-monitor, and not very ambitious about 3D. Maybe when Oculus Rift hits the market.

And is the PSU Haswell compatible?

Or should I go with something that has a little more beef (also pricier) like
OCZ Fatal1ty 750W (Bronze).

I don't really mind the red LED.

Solution
If you are going to overclock the GPU and CPU, then you will need a more powerful PSU (700 - 750W). The one you have will do for what you have without OC. Also it is Haswell compatible.

How about a OCZ ZT Series 750W? Seems like good choice.

Tier 2 PSU, modular, Bronze certified.

@anort3, but under stress the PSU might be "noisy" whereas a lesser pumped up PSU wouldn't be as loud. As I said, I would be overclocking, and the OCZ PSU gives a 5yr warranty, so that's also nice. It is a little bit more expensive than the Seasonic 620W, but just as good. 750W seems a better solution.

Not ready on picking a solution just yet.

Don't worry, you can still pick up some good buys online ( sometimes through Amazon). Once you have decided what you are looking for, check the local sites for the best deals - especially near Christmas, a lot of online dealers are looking to shift stock.
