SLI gtx 760 or new monitor help buying!

My birthday is coming up soon and I was wondering weather I should by another gtx 760 and have SLI or buy a new monitor for around the same price, what do you guys think is more important"? Thanks

It also depends on what games you play, but you won't be maxing out games with high frame rates regardless.

If your motherboard and power supply support it, I would say go for the 760. Upgrading to a 23-24, or even a 27" monitor at 1080p would be rather redundant and 5ms response time isn't terrible.

If you were looking to buy a 1440p or a 144MHz monitor, you would definitely need a stronger GPU, or at the very least a second 760.
