I have had stuttering issues on my computer with all games. I got a new gpu and it didn't solve the problem. I just bought a 750 wat psu and 16 gig of ram but it doesn't seem like it changed much. My core runs a bit hot around 67c (I'm waiting for a new replacement fan to arrive) My gpu temp is fine now that I've manually controlled the fan.

I've run tests on my hard drives and haven't found any problems. I've scanned for adware and stuff too.
My cpu load is around 70 with occasional spikes to 90 while playing bf4.
