I am sure maximus hero VI fits in the thor V2, but will there be any problems related to cables(supplied with MB) being shorter given that thor V2 is such a beast?
I was actually looking at a mid tower but this looks like a good deal (69$ after mail in rebate), plus I would be saving money on the fans(thor comes with 4 fans)

Please help if this is a good fit, i would be putting a gtx 780 or r9 290 in it.

the dimensions of PSU cables are:

4+4 pin CPU 620mm

SATA+SATA+SATA+5.25" 560+150+150+150mm
6+2 pin PCI-E, 6+2 pin PCI-E 560+150mm

The dimensions of the Case thor V2 are:
9.14" x 22.84" x 20.08" (WxHxD) (bezel NOT included)
232mmX580mm556mm (WxHxD) (bezel NOT included)

I guess I'll have to go home and bring out me trigonometry books to calculate whether it fits or not : )

I think i saw them but didn't shortlist them, basically i am trying to see a case which has fans built in so that I don't have to buy them separately,

compared to the thor@$69 these look really bad, I like 922 but it's not painted black from inside(i think its a really old model, I saw the new egg video on the page).

Can you please suggest any other mid tower that is good?

This is more like the Thor, and it's cheaper with fans too :)

Thanks so much, I think i will go with either ZALMAN Z11 or Rosewill THOR V2?

The Zalman will fit a R9 290 or a GTX 780 right?

Also on a different note, I just received my PSU (Antec HCG-750), I wanna test it but I don't have the RAM(i have the MB and CPU), any idea how I can test it?

Well, I do have my own mobile app development company so technically I can go down to the office and check, but I just remembered how i used to troubleshoot my computer 8 years back, so I just hooked the PSU in the MB and used the old screwdriver to jump start and voila mother board light came on, so did the PSU light, and the fans too. So I guess I am good, I needed to check it cuz i need to fill in the rebate forms :)

What case do you have? If you were in my position which of these two would you choose?
ZALMAN Z11 or Rosewill THOR V2?

or maybe http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153

Legenda in Aeternum
Haven't used a Thor yet (prob will) have used the Zalman and I like it, I normally lean towards the HAF cases, but generally it's the clients decision and often budget comes into play - a case is generally a place you can change easily without ill effect to the actual rig

I'll repeat my question,
