Quick question: Could I use two Gtx 660s in SLI on an Asrock FM2A75 Pro4? its got the two graphics card PCI express slots and all

Yes you could, but I wouldn't advise it. The 2nd PCIe slot only has X4 bandwidth. It will drag down the system. Also, I can't puicture any of the current APUs having the capability to keep up with 2 X GTX 660s anyway.
