Below are pictures of all the ventilation intakes and outtakes as well as interior of my current PC. Warning, very dusty old PC pictured below. The longest side on the PSU is 6 inches, second longest is 5.5 inches, and the shortest is 3 inches. The motherboard is a mATX board, that measures 9.6" X 9.6" OR 24.4 X 24.4 cm. The optical drive cage and card reader cage is removable to allow for more space. The PSU is top mounted. Don't worry, it will be cleaned thoroughly before I build a system in it.
So, will it work? I really don't want to spend money on a new case, I would rather put that into my GPU. I will do slight modifications If I really have to.
