I would say max settings for about 3 years. If you look at the gtx570 it released about exactly 3 years ago. (November 1, 2010). It will currently play games at high settings, but not max. You should be able to play at medium easily still in 4-5 years but max settings will probably last 2-3 years tops.

Lose the expensive peripherals and upgrade your GPU to a GTX 780TI. You can always add the mechanical keyboard and mouse later on.
