I tried everything. I installed new OS, reinstalled catalyst drivers, switched crossfire card order, used one card at a time, changed psu, tried different hdmi and dvi cables, updated the firmware on my tv, updated mobo bios, and NOTHING works. In the "resolution settings" on the windows options (when you right click in the desktop), it correctly lists 60hz, but in game, I can not get 60hz as an option (I tried bf3, bf4, grid 2, etc). I even tried CRU (custom resolution utility) and made resolution profiles with 60.01, 60.04, and 61 hz and still, no 60hz option, only 59 or 59.94. My other pc with a 6870 gives me the 60hz option in these games, but my 7970 cf gaming pc doesn't. I even installed the exact same drivers that the working pc has, and it doesn't work. I found that it allows 60hz for some resolutions in game, like for 1650 resolution, but then foe others, it only allows strange ones like 23hz and 59hz. I also found that using a VGA cable fixes the issue, but I'd rather play with hdmi since it looks more sharp. Please help.
