Surround Display + External Monitor

I currently have Windows 7 64bit,
I have 2 GTX 680's with SLI enabled.
I have 3 displays with the Nvidia surround option also enabled.
and also have my 4th external monitor "TV" plugged in for when I watch movies and stuff.

My question is, when I start this particular program, it automatically wants to full-screen on the primary "surround display" and the image is obviously out of wack because it doesn't support the super wide res.

is there a way to get this program to automatically start on the external monitor? It's just a media player program that came with my Antec media controller.

What's the name of the program?
I would also check in the settings of that program to see if there is somewhere to pick a primary display device and select (I'm assuming because it's some form of media player) your TV. If not then you could also look for an option like "always start in full-screen: enable/ disable" and disable it so it starts in a window, drag the window to your TV then go full-screen.

The name of the program is Imedian HD, But I also want the same thing to work with my Cyberlink Blu-ray software.

Another quick question is that I've started playing battlefield 4 and whenever I full screen the game, the battle screen "or web browser page" shifts to the right on the external monitor and cuts off half the picture. I've tried snapping it in place, I've tried full screening and everything. It never wants to stay all the way on the external display.

I'm no expert cdjuda and that was my only suggestion, sorry. The only other thing I can think of (which you probably already tried but thought I'd mention anyways) is carefully go through the settings/ options menu of Imedian HD to see if there is somewhere to select external display (or something to that effect). A couple Q&A articles I read about that prog led me to believe it has such an option (although the question was specifically about not displaying on a touch screen or laptop screen vs. a true "external" monitor). The Blu-ray prog may have a similar feature.
As for battlefield 4 I would post that as a separate thread (people love that game and you will get more people reading who may be able to help you better than I can - it wouldn't be hard to do better as I haven't really answered your question at all :)  )
Sorry again that I couldn't do more. Good luck (or at least better luck ;)  )
