PS4 or finish computer build?

I have a bunch of parts for a pc that my dad gave me, everything but a cpu and ram. The cpu i would get is the i7 950. The ram would be corsair xms3. I also have a gpu thats 1 gb twin frozr. I want to use this for a minecraft server. Then again i want to get a ps4. Which should I get first?

Every single console game that I really would like to play, isn't out yet. Nevermind that I don't own either of the new consoles, and have no plans to buy either, but ... the titles I'd really like to play, like Destiny, aren't even available.
