Difference between Newegg's GTX 670s?

So I am about to purchase a GTX 670 for my build. When I search for it on newegg, I get several options (see link).

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=-1&IsNodeId=1&Description=gtx%20670&bop=And&Order=PRICE&PageSize=20

Is the only difference the brand of the cards? I see small differences in core and boost clock ratings, but nothing significant. Is there any reason I should buy the $350 MSI card over the $200 ASUS card? Any advice on which 670 to buy and why would be appreciated.

P.S. I've been checking newegg for the last couple of weeks, $200 is the lowest I've seen the GTX 670 yet. Last week the cheapest price I saw was $260 I believe. Is the price drop just a random sale?

I looked over the list you linked and you are correct that they all have the same amount of onboard VRAM. The only other guidance I can give would be to check out if there is a difference in warranty coverage and visit hardware review sites such as here, for past articles about the GTX 670's. You can look at reviews on sites like Newegg for a general feel, but take what you read with a grain of salt. Customer reviews are not as incisive and helpful as hardware review sites like Anandtech or Daily Hardware.

Really? That is all the price difference is over? I don't see how clock speeds are worth $150.

Also all the cards in the link have 2GB VRAM and the stock clock speeds are very comparable.
