Hello. I am in the process of building a new PC for my family. The system boots, but does not output video to my monitor (I've tried HDMI, VGA, and DVI). The motherboard supplies a single beep seconds after powering on and all of the components seem to be spinning up just fine. Why am I not getting video? Here is my build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 760G AM3+
Memory: 4GB Kingston Hyper-X KHX16C9B1B/4 R
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 450 3.2G AM3 R
Case: Apevia X-QBOII (with 500W Standard ATX Power Supply included)
HDD: 500GB Western Digital SATAIII WD5000AAKX%

** I've attached a link to some pictures of my motherboard. The 8-pin 12V ATX connector concerns me. My PSU only has a 4-pin cable. I've tried with it connected and without to no avail. Thanks.

Your inboard graphics may be disabled or broken. To diagnose the issue you need to get any graphics card. If the monitor still doesn't turn on try resetting the bios, replacing the ram cards, and make sure you have a HDD plugged in.

Single beep means no problem so the most probably your internal graphics is disabled so get a graphic card and enable it in the bios

Dont think you have internal graphics. Get hold of a graphics card and see if then u are able to turn on ur computer. When ur system is on go to device manager and check if there is any internal graphics present. From what I know, your processor doesn't have internal graphics

There is no problem with CPU connector

Here is the link to the motherboard I installed. It says it has an integrated ATI Radeon HD 3000. What else could be the problem?

Are you sure the monitor is working? :)

Yep. I've tried it on two different monitors (via VGA and HDMI). Neither one received any input from the computer. This really has me puzzled.

I think it has something to do with the integrated graphics. Either its busted or it isnt functioning well.

The motherboard beeps once when I boot up the computer. If there was a problem with the integrated graphics, wouldn't there be multiple beeps?
