AMD FX 8350 or FX 9370

Hi there, I currently own an AMD AM3+ motherboard with an Athlon X4 965 BE, so I've kind of been looking for an upgrade. Obviously the 9370 would be better, but Im wondering if it's actually worth the extra $50 or should I just go for the cheaper 8350?

Basically:
9370 is a overclocked 8350, which is an overclocekd 8320. Best bet is to get an 8320 and a nice CPU cooler an overclock it. Also your motherboard may not support the 9370, what's the mobo model?

I currently own a MSI 970A-G43, wouldn't I be able to support a 9xxx series FX processor if I was able to support the 8xxx series FX processor? Also wattage isn't a problem, I currently have a 1k watt power supply since I wanted to prepare for the future when I built the computer.
