The 7990 are being discontinued.
Here is one at bestbuy but it ain't cheap

If you want a fast card, why not just get the 290 or 780? Just as fast (near enough) without any Crossfire troubles.

I'm gonna be honest with you ok, the 7990 has a lot of issues with some games, could be the reason it is being discontinued , a lot of people have complained about them, they have issues with crossfire and drivers.
If you are looking for a fast new card I would suggest getting a 290 or 780 instead , or if you really want to go crossfire , get 2 x 7970 or 280X

Factor in price, noise, power consumption and the inevitability of Crossfire problems, and that 30% performance advantage isn't all that great in the real world. Theres a reason the 7990 is discontinued.
Besides, if you are saying you have a 22" monitor, you are probably at 1080p or below. All of these cards are super huge overkill for that res, and anything higher than 2GB of VRAM is more than enough.
