Is this a good GPU to buy?

It's a 2GB. All reference cards are the same so no worries for quality, you have to try pretty hard to get a bad Nvidia cooler (Gainward Phantom springs to mind) as there are restrictions on them unlike AMD. So long as you don't mind a bit of noise from it, no reason not to get it.
