Can this Motherboard have more than one Graphics Card?

I would like to have two graphics cards but im not sure how to know if this motherboard can have two graphics card?

Please help!

It has two PCIe x16 Slots. One is 3.0 x16 and the other is 2.0 x4. That is a bit starnge abd one reason I stay away from MSI boards. I suppose you could run two cards, but how well it would work is another thing.
