get a single 8gb stick of ram rather than 2x4gb the price difference is minimal and compared to what you selected cheaper. Research your power supply before you buy it. look if there are any known compatibility issues with your mobo, ram, cpu, or that others have used the mobo and ram combo already without issue. If your not gaming that GPU is overkill but I doubt you choose a 264 dollar gpu on a whim considering your budget.

some of the parts in that prebuilt system are not as good as yours and thats part of the reason why it costs less. Your processor is better, your psu is bronze rated rather than just 80 plus rated. not sure where that ATI gpu stacks up to yours but that and your cpu is alot of the money in your build.

For the cyberpowerpc, the RAM, MB, cpu cooler and the PSU are not the good pc components to get. Because the MB has only 4+1 phase VRM that can't handle the fx 8320. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4591#ov
The RAM is Corsair ValueSelect model. The PSU is no name brand. So don't get those, I don't want you come back here for help.
