Antec HCG 750M doesn't seem to work.

It has passed the paperclip test so I don't think it is the PSU.When I connect the 12v and the 2 4v into the motherboard and attempt to turn it on, I don't get any action.
The motherboard is MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
