Dashes appearing continuously on PC screen, even with mouse turned off. We had replaced KB and mouse with new Logitech combo. All fine for about a day, then dashes started. Cannot use computer hardly at all now. We did replace all batteries and have the current software updates.

It's not the mouse - try the keyboard.
