Wireless card for desktop PC?

What are some good wireless cards for desktop PC's?

This is one of the fastest ones I've found so far

Nope, that is a mini PCIe for laptops. You need a PCIe full size x1 card or a USB adapter. I've used a lot of THESE USB adapters and they work quite well with a good size antenna, and install easily. The only downside is that it is single band (2.4GHz) N wireless if you have a dual band router.
