My hdd broke. I need help getting data onto new one.

My laptop recently fell and the HDD broke. I replaced the HDD with a new SSHD. My laptop has no DVD drive but I have the System Recovery disks. Can I put the data from those Recovery disks onto a USB and run recovery that way?

This one is tricky one :)
The way i see it you need second PC with CD\DVD drive to read the recovery disk`s right ?
So you need to add you SSD to this PC and just Recover the System over the SSD and then install the drive back in you laptop ....

However is allays better to go for clean OS over the SSD
