Hey Smartalec3509!
Have you thought of building the computer yourself? It's alot cheaper and you can get a better money/performance ratio. With those kind of requirements it's going to be very hard to find a desktop. If you think you might be able to build I would strongly suggest watching this series. It will help you understand computers and how to build one better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPIXAtNGGCw

Hopefully you consider building a pc and good luck!

You honestly don't need specs that high-end for gaming, and especially not for Skyrim -> I can run it around ~55 fps (1080p) with a 7850 and i7-3770, and even then my CPU is overkill. That's with pretty much every graphics mod available on the Nexus.

Unless you have other requirements (i.e. video editing, assembly code compiling, 3D rendering, large-scale parallel virtualization), you don't need your stated specs, especially not CPU or RAM. Keep the GTX 770, especially if you plan to play on several monitors/large resolution.

Otherwise, go with something like:

i7-4770k (you can overclock it later too)
2x4 or 2x8 GB RAM (for 8 or 16 GB in total)
~250 GB SSD (Samsung 840 Evo is good) for your Windows + games
1 TB storage hard drive (WD Caviar Black)

Otherwise, go with what smorizio said, except with a cheaper motherboard and WD Black hard drive (Toshibas are prone to crash/die on you). That's about the cheapest you'd find what you're looking for.

Also, I'm fairly certain Newegg and NCIX offer you an assembly option.
