Ok, this is a little bit difficult, but im looking for a keyboard with all that ^ But without blue switches, they're too loud for my taste. I would really like it to be in the 100$ price range. I'm going to probably purchase either a refurbished or used keyboard, so my budget is a little lenient.

Not sure about the USB, I think at youre pricerange thats asking for a lot. The Ducky Zero DK2108 is solid.
